At the moment the system is only confirmed for release in Japan. Information on the release date has not been specified clearly, but it could possibly be in November. It has been continuously updated secretly but everyone soon realizes when the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player gets added. But you will have to pay for this service after the 30th April but only if you want it. And really who pays to keep children away from harmful sites? Maybe they could just include it in something like a new Web Browser. Remember at GDC09 Sony said they would announce something big but could this be it? I hope they do.</p>
